Irizar Jaurega, Urrutia-Espilla izenez ere ezaguna XVII. mendean eraiki zuten, etxe zahar batek hartzen zuen orubean. Ignacio de Urrutia, urte luzez armadan aritu ondoren, Bergarara itzuli zen eta jauregi hau bere emazte Ana de Espillarekin eraikiarazi zuen. Lorategi batez inguratuta, apaindura gutxiko eraikuntza soila da. Hala ere, nabarmentzekoa da izkina batean dagoen armarria eta balkoietako balaustraden forjaketa-lanak. Datu bitxi gisa, aipatu behar da jauregi honetan “Bergarako Besarkada” gertatu zela. 1839an, Maroto eta Espartero jeneralek Bergarako Hitzarmena sinatu zuten etxe honetan, I.
